Ambience Tiverton

Not enough water pressure in any taps, showers are even worse. They should fix your water supply pressure issues before selling flats. Am an owner of a 3 bhk here and am regretting my decision of buying a house at Ambience Tiverton every single day that I live here. There is hardly any water pressure in the pipe lines, showers cannot be used as they don’t work without adequate pressure n buckets take ages to fill up. Every time u enter the washroom for a bath u face the same torture. U have to go to a salon to get a head wash as the shied tap doesn’t throw enough water to wash off the shampoo. The plumbers in their maintenance team blame it on the builder who installed the PRV at the floor I live in which is 16th, and am also told this will never get any better so I have to learn to live with this nonsense. I had invested crores in the flat, lakhs in it interiors but the water supply line is something the builder was supposed to take care of during the construction which it did not it appears. N now I feel I rather sell this off n move on to another well built project where at least all floors get sufficient water pressure

This locality is situated in sector 50 at the cross junction . It's right next opposite Jain mandir with a Good access. There are only limited towers and one tower directly faces the megduttam park. It is a luxury stay society with a beautiful clubhouse with Leela as the main catering. There is a shallow pool for children and a badminton court too. There are 3/4BHK flats available . The doors are of teak wood and flooring of fine granite. There are penthouse also available on the 13/14 floor. A duplex can also be made by them on your demand. Parking facility is available in the basement.
